My topic is about air pollution.


This issue interests me because this is what's destroying the world and killing animals.


I want people to learn that this is a big affect to our planet because it might end the world one day.


This issue needs to be addressed to people who need to be notified about air pollution because it's dangerous.

I'm designing my game for all the people from all ages. They need to have the knowledge to play my game. My game is designed for all the people who are interested in my game.

It will teach the player about pollution. I't will teach how to prevent pollution.

Where does your game happen? Describe the world you will design for your game.
How will this setting add to the learning experience? It will happen outside. It's on a place were it's all polluted.   You will learn about pollution in my game and it will teach a lot about my social issue.

How does your game world teach the player about your topic? What happens in the world that helps the player learn?
How does the player use what they learned to make something happen in the game? It teaches them about pollution. It teaches them about how bad pollution is and how it affects animals. It would help them win my game easily if they know a lot about pollution.

Why is a game a better way of understanding your topic than a quiz?

Because as they go through my game they will know all about the problems about pollution. And that makes them understand more about my topic instead of a boring quiz.

The March Of The Penguins

1.What challenges do the Penguins have to overcome?
Some of the challenges the challenges that the penguins have to overcome are enemies. Another reason is to find food because sometimes is hard to find.

2.How does their habitat challenge every day ?

By the temperature that they have to overcome in their habitat.

3.What types of adaptions do penguins need in order to survive brutal winter and predators ?

Get used to the brutal winters and survive with this predator. Also they use their fur to get used to the winter.

4.Why is a period of time in which their is probably no sunlight ? How does it affect the climate ? When it's winter there will be no sunlight. It will affect the climate by getting super cold and it could probably kill some animals.

Well I learned more from the game which was called Ayiti: The Cost of Life.

Magic Pen 2 because it has cool graphics and it was the best game in playing to  learn. I really enjoyed this game because it was a really fun game . It really stood out to me.

Well most of them didn't work so I have to say that none of them.
In Fun Brain I like the game Migthy Guy 2 because it's a pretty cool game to play.

In Survivor you just gotta save the person from being killed by the officers.

Mini Game

I like doing the Mini Game because it's like practice to me. It makes Flash easy for me. When I started to make my Mini Game I started to learn who to use the codes.
I finished all my mini game steps from 1-8.
It was hard at fisrt but I got the hang of it.
I love doing the mini game steps because it helps me to practices the codes.
I helped like 2 or 3 students to finish at least the step.I'm gonna be practicing so I can be better at it.

I was 2 years old when 9/11 happened.


2. When did you first learn about the attacks and who explained the events to you? I learned about this because my dad talked me about 9/11. 


3. What kind of impact did these attacks have on your life or your parents lives? My dad and my mom were shoked but it didn't affect their lifes.

2 Single Story 2011

"Danger of a Single Story"

• What does it mean to have a "single story" about a place or community? To have a a story a place or community. Or it could be a strong opinion about a place or community.
• Describe a single story you have heard told about your community. What is missing from that story? How could people learn more about that community? People from my community are really nice. What's missing from the story was maybe add some pictures or videos so people could see what kind of people live in your community so that people could have more information. People could see how people from that community do in there.
• Describe a single story you have heard about another community. How did you learn that story? How could you find out more about that community? Another community I heard of was about the Holocoust. I learned about this story in 6th grade. I could find out more by looking it up online.
• How could a game let players experience many stories about a place or community? It teaches a player about different kinds of stuff they go trough and what kind of problems people have in a place or a community.

1 Cyberbullying 2011

 This is my first blog post of 2011-2012 school year.



 What is cyberbullying? Cyberbullying is when technology is used and people harass you in either   computer,cellphones,or any kind of device that people could harass you with.And someone that picks on you.



What are the different types of cyberbullying? Gossip,impersonate,excude,or threat.



What should you do if you are being cyberbullied? Ignore them or tell a trusted adult.


What are same reasons that people cyberbully others? Jealosy or wants power.



What is Taylor's attitude toward "Clicksters" in the beginning of the story? It's fun for her.She likes to chat with her friends but then it gets worst.



What type of relationship do she have with her family? A good relationship with her mom and brother.



What type of friendship does she have? She has good friends friends at first and then they turn her enemies then the turn into their best friends again.


When does the cyberbullying begin? When she starts to use Clicksters.



What is the result of the cyberbullying that Taylor experiences? She starts to experiences bad things from people.



What type of cyberbullying does Taylor experience? Insulting.



What would you do if you were in Taylor's shoes? I would shut the account down or I could tell my mom.


How does Taylor react to the mean comments people keep putting about her? She's unhappy and really sad.


Does she ever try to stop people from post in insults? What could she have done diferently? No because she was really hurt. Block those people on the internet.


How do you think Taylor felt about her friends betraying her? Like wanted to kill herself because everybody hated her.


What kind of changes do you see Taylor experience troughout the film? She starts to realize that her friends care about her at the end. And her friends felt really sorry.

Percy Jackson The Lightning Thief

This movie was about Percy Jackson.Percy is a boy who is a demigod and he doesn't know.Later he finds out that he is a demigod and that he is the son of Poseidon.Later he gets blamed that he stole Zeus Lightning Bolt.But he didn't steal it.Then he has to go to the Underground to rescue his mom.So then he takes some trips to some places so he can find the pearls.The pearls are helpful to him because when they go to the Underground they can use the pearl and go to wherever they wanted to go.So then they found 3 pearls and they went to the Underground.When they went to the Underground,Percy had the Lightning Bolt in Luke's shield.Percy hadn't stole the Bolt but Luke tricked him into blaming him.So then he rescued his mom and he went to were Zeus was.Then Percy gave the Bolt to Zeus and everything was fine.Then Percy had met his dad and they actually talked.Later Percy went back to the camp and Percy's stepdad had turned into stone.

Rudo Y Cursi

I saw a movie called Rudo Y Cursi and its my favorite movie.It's a cool movie.In this movie is about two brothers who play soccer and their always figthing.Rudo is the big brother and hes the golie.Cursi is the little brother and hes the stricker.I like it becuase its so funny.It always make me laugh everytime I see it.

Apollo 13

This movie was about the three guys from Apollo 13.In April 11 1970 is when Apollo 13 was launched.In April 17 1970 was when the spacechip landed.This was a cool movie because these 3 men were brave.Jim Lovell,Jack Swigert,and Fred Haise were the guys who went to Apollo 13.The Commander of this mission was Jim Lovell.The Command Module Pilot was Jack Swigert.The Lunar Module Pilot was Fred Haise.I think this movie is awesome.

The Lightning Thief - Chapter 1

Yesterday we read a book about The Lightning Thief.This book is about a kid named Percy Jackson.He also goes to Yancy Academy.The first chapter was about Percy Jackson going to the museum in Metropolitan The Museum Of Art.And Percy Jackson is a trouble maker.And he needed to be good in the field trip because he would get into lots of trouble.

Favorite Field Trip

My favorite trip was In Austin Park & Pizza.All my friends went except for some that got referrals.We played a lot of games that were really fun.It gets boring when you stay to long but is still cool.It's pretty awesome because you get to play wherever.It was fun.Best field trip.

Morelia

Morelia is gonna beat Pumas.Pumas is gonna loose because they haven't won a Championship ever since 2009.And when they won the Championship in 2009 it was their first one.Morelia have some good players that are really good.Miguel Sabah is one of the and hes gonna make Pumas loose becuase Miguel Sabah is gonna make all the goals.I don't go for Morelia but Im going for them when they
play.

Your Game Is Finished! (Hopefully)

In Globaloria I've learned how to make a game in flash.Also I've learned how to make animation in flash too.I also knew how to draw stuff in flash that are hard to draw.In Globaloria me and my partner knew how to make buttons and other stuff.We also knew how to put codes in our game so we can make our game work.When I was working on my team is was hard.We kinda didn't agree with some stuff to put in and that us not put more stuff in our game.Something that I made and I was proud of was the extras becuase it took me a long time to understand it.I didn't learned nothing about myself but I learned not to give up when your really frustraded doing something you don't know how to do it.

Best Blog

Today we are going to present our game demo and we are gonna show people what are game is going to be about.Our game demo is going to be real good because we put a lot of effort on it and we worked hard an a lot to make our game look real good.Me and my partner fell really confident on ourselves and we really going to present really good.This game demo is going to be good because we have reviewed our game trough it,we have edited some probelms,so I think this is going to be a good game.

Stand And Deliever

This movie was about a guy named Jaime Escalante.He wanted to be a math teacher so he can make kids go to college and make them graduate.In the beginning teachers at Garfield High School didn't believe that Jaime would teach this kid good.But then after a while later he thougth them Calculus and other math.He also made them be good at math and he made them want them go to college.His kids from his class had to take a test.Then when they saw the scores people tought that they were cheating because all the student got the same wrong answers.Later they had to take another test and all of the students passed the test.

The Big Test

I feel nervous because I migth feel like I'll fail.I feel like really nervous because I feel like I'm not gonna pass to the 7th grade.No I'm not exited because all people are gonna be real serious and they are gonna be looking at me and Imma think that I'm not gonna pass the test.Yes because I think that maybe I'll stay in 6th grade and that's gonna be embarrassed.Yeah Imma go to SmackDown,Six Flags,Galveston,and other stuff with my dad.

iPads Enhance Learning In Some Fayette Classrooms

I think that those little kids shoudn't use ipads because when they grow up their are not gonna focus on work their are gonna focus in the computer only.Maybe when they grow up they would probably be to lazy to do the taks test and they migth not do so well in the test.And when they grow up they are not gonna be able to write because they are gonna get use to write in ipads.Also maybe when they grow up when they go to college they are not gonna be fast writters and they are gonna get kicked out of college.

Game Demo Progress

In my game we almost finish some stuff that we tried to figure out and was really hard but we got the hang of it.We learned about how to make buttons and how to control the frames for our game.Yes because when I got stuck in something I knew how to make it work or how to make it easier for me.Something that I knew what to make was how to make a character move his or her legs.You use the bone tool but I can't still figure out were the bone tool is.

Audience:To all the people because now If people game they will all know the social issue in Mexico. 
Gameplay:They see all the police trying to get the bad people.The rules are that you need to catch the bad people and you have to catch them before time runs out.The goal of this game is to cacth the bad people.To stop them from sending drugs to other people.

Smart Factor:It teaches you that in Mexico its getting real dangerous.Maybe people really don't know how dangerous Mexico is.
Style Factor: The type of graphic imma use is drawings like of Mexico.The sound we are gonna use....I really don't know yet.

Playing Games To Get Ideas

Maybe In my game I can put some power ups so people can  get exited once their are playing the game.Another idea I got was that once everyone passes one level maybe the words cn flip around and stuff.Our game is gonna keep time so that the person can cacth all the bad people in our game.I'll start by wacthing tutorials of how to make stuff so It can help me with it.Maybe the one with the timer thing will help me in my game.

Game Progress Reflection

 I learned how to make words and circles explode and ho to make them turn in flash. 
Not really but we did our title look really cool.It's kinda like a jail and its like really cool. 
Actually I helped Juan,Estephanie and Iliana in their game.And I helped Rodolfo with his game too. 
What was really hard in our game was to make the a circle drawings move left and rigth and jump.Another thing that was really hard too was to make the circle land on landforms. 
I feel really happy because now I can finish my game really easily. Im frustrated because I cant make the circle land on the landfroms.

A Visit From The President

I think that Obama should come to our school because If he could go to TechBoston Academy he should be able to come over here.I mean maybe at TechBoston Academy may have a lot of money and can afford to pay real good teachers,tutors,and principals but he should be able to come over here too because we are really smart kids.A lot of kids on EACPA are really smart and we know that we can learn stuff really fast.Maybe If Obama comes over here he maybe could give us some advice.And If he comes we could tell him that most kids from this school are going to college.

Blogging About Blogging

If people in our school didn't let us do blogging it will be boring.An advantage about blogging is that people can improve their technology skills.Another advantage is that people can learn to do a lot of stuff with blogging.One disadvantage about blogging is that a lot of people spend a lot of time in their computers and that can damage their eye vision.Another disadvantage was that maybe people get distracted when they are in the computer and maybe they wont be able to focus in their work.

The Blind Side

This movie was about a kid named Michael.He is African American student at a Chatolic Church that was poor.I think when he was in school his and he got out he got kicked out.Then he didn't have anywhere to stay so he went to the streets.Then while Michael is on the streets,Leigh Ann picked him out on the streets because he didn't have any place to stay.So then Leigh Ann makes him stay with her and then Michael has a place to stay.Then he graduated from high school and he graduated from Old Miss.Its a very sad movie.

Crazy Taxi

This game is about jumping above cars and try to get the highest score.It's a cool game because you get to have fun and you get to think.It take thinking to win.It takes courage to pass each level.Its a really fun game.Haha and it takes practice too so you can be better at it.

Whatever It Takes

This movie was about a man named Edward Tom.He was principla at Bronx Center For Science And Math.Edward Tom,he had his first year at the school.Edward Tom also wanted to be wealthy at the age of 30 or before.Also a girl named Sharifea was in the movie and she was failing all of her classes.So then she couldn't take the the test and that was sad to him.Shalifea was one out of eight students  accepted to the Dartmouth Program.

The Wizard

This movie was about a kid named Jimi who is an orphan.He and another kid named Cory wanted to escape to California.They both wanted to escape because they were tired of their parents.As they go to California they meet with this girl named Hayley.They all want to go to California but Cory and Hayley expected that Jimi was really good at video games.Jimi will beat any game he will play,hes like a The Wizard which is the name of the title.So they realize that Jimi can play in the tournament and they could win $50,000 for themselves.As they go trough California they meet with a lot of people and they go trough a lot of trouble.When they finally make it to California they train Jimi real hard so he could win the tournament.So then when they make it to the Championship Jimi actually made it trough the finals.So when Jimi goes to the finals he and other 2 people play a game they never played before.So then as the curtain opens to see what there gonna play its Super Mario Bros 3.So then there playing they don't know what to do.But Jimi actually knows what to do.So then Jimi is in first place but he loses and hes in the bottom.But then Jimi takes a short cut and he gets a lot of points and he wins the $50,000.Then they go back home but as Jimi is in the car and he saw something he knew since he was little.He saw a museum full of dinosaurs but there fake.He went running as fast as he could and he went to a dinosaur and opened the door and he went to the top of the dinosaur and he took out his lunch box and he left it there.The reason why he left it there is because his sister and his whole family died in there I think.So then he left the lunch box full of memories inside there for a memory.Then that was the end.

Sping Break

On Spring Break I am going to Galveston with my dad,uncle,and my cousin.It's going to be awesome because the only ones who are going are men.We could go to the beach and look at girls in bikiny without my mom telling me.Even my dad too.It's fun because my dad does a lot of fun stuff while my mom isn't going.Its pretty awesome.We could rent a hotel,go to the beach,buy some food and todo.Another reason why I like going with my dad and uncle is because he acts very funny.He always tells us the funniest jokes ever.My dad is crazy when he isn't around with my mom. 

Why will didn't go outside

Mmmmm....right now I'm mad.I wish I could go outside so we can play dogdeball.I mean the last three periods went outside to play dogdeball how come we didn't get to go.Man that's mean I wish I could go outside and play.Dang it ,im soooooooooooo booooooored.Now I'm looking at the window an staring at people and seeing the 7th graders how much fun their having man this sucks.Ahhhhhh

Future - Prompt

What I would like to do in 5 to 15 years is that I want to go to college first because that's the most important thing first because when I grow up I really want to be a lawyer or a Industrial Engineer.I really want to go to college because when you grow up you really want to be someone in your life because if you don't your life would me screwed up and you could end up in the streets which is not cool.Everybody wants to go to college and so do I.When I really grow up I want to have a job so I can pay for my college and everything.And I could have some extra money so I could buy whatever I want.

Paper Prototype Reflection

What my game has helped me with planing my game was it had gave me some ideas in what my game would look like in the beginning and other stuff.It helped me in how my game would work as you play.Another thing it had helped me in was the details.Some parts of the game has like details in which it had helped me in.Like how my background would look like.What kind of sound or noise would it make when you start playing and so on.It kinda easy to plan your game when you break things down and you know what to do when you start to design your game.Sometimes when you start to do drawings or to do other stuff with your game you get the idea in what your game is going to help you once you start in doing your game. 

Free Choice

Tomorrow imma play two soccer games.One on saturday and the other in sunday.It's going to be the best games because ya tenia a lot that I haven't played since three months ago.And now I am super ready because I've trained on monday and wednesday.I don't knwo if im going to the field trip but imma try to go.I think that the field trip is going to be fun to but will see.

The topic of our game is about drug dealing,the most important concept about this game is that in Mexico is getting dangerous and we want people to learn about how dangerous it is.2. How did the ideas you discussed in "Imagining Your Game" come together to help your team decide on a game topic? This problem is happening everywere but is mostly in Latin America. 3. Tell us more about your team by saying who has what role, and how you work together.

4. What kind of research did you do to find information to express the game topic? Examples: books, films, web searches....etc. We searched for websites in the Internet and we searched on the Spanish websites because this is happening mostly in Mexico.

5. Explain the game play. What does the player have to do?
What the player has to do in this game is try to stop the drug dealers before the drug dealers get to the place their going to.

6. Has this changed since you first started planning your game? How? Yes because when I first started I didn't know what to do,but when Beto came to my group it has been real easy because he has really helped me a lot.

More Thoughts on Globaloria

What has changed for me in the beginning of the year from now was I like to do more stuff about computers and technology now than the beginning of the year.The reason why I like to do more stuff about computers and technology and stuff right now is because when I first started I didn't know much about computers and now I do so when you know so much about something it motivates you to do it.And since the beginning of the year and from now my opinion has changed.

This people from Mexico are really scared.This people won't even wanna go out to the streets because their scared.They wont even think about going outside in the night its extremely dangerous.I foun this video and its a man who is getting beat up.He was tied and some guys named Los Zetas hanged the guy up like he was a pinata.The guy who was hanged up was from the North of Mexico.He was dead after the guys had beat him up.The video was to violent so I didn't put it.Mexico is getting extremly dangerous just because of the Drug War.When that guy was getting beat up.Los Zetas took it as a joke.He had marks all over his body.The links are in Spanish but if you understand Spanish you will know how bad is in Mexico.When you read the links you will be surprised.People are getting killed right now if you look at the links.You can even check the dates to see.I would put more links but everyday new stuff comes out and people from Mexico get killed everyday.I always look to this link everyday and its very sad becuase each day several people die.It's very important and very interesting page.Every post of the link is very sad.Even some polices are involved in drug dealing because they do not want to get killed and they don't want their families to suffer and die too.

The message of this movie was that anybody can do whatever they want to be anything they want to be when they grow up.You can be anything you wanna be.Its telling you how you can succeed in anything.You can make a change in your life.A example would be a... a drug dealer.When a drug dealer is selling drugs it's bad.But if they go in the right path you then they can go to college or they could finish high school and they can be anything they want to be because they can,that's what they wanna try to tell the big message.

This movie was about a man who was African American.As he was a child he lost his father because some people killed them by tying him in some train tracks.And he lost his mother because he needed to go to a foster home but i don't know why.As he grows up he grows up with white people and he always got called a negro.He thought as a child that that's was his name.When he started to grow up he got told by teachers that he could not be a lawyer because he was black.When he is grown up now he becomes a owner of a gangster club.He was very successful when he was grown up already.He went to Egypt so he can visit his hometown.It's kinda weird because he prayed in his own language not English like the one who speak in Egypt.Then Malcolm X died he didn't even do nothing about when he got shot.He was shot with a shotgun and he got shot a lot of times with the pistol.He already knew he was gonna get shot because when he talked in the news people tough it was wrong.Back in those days whatever he talked about people would take that offensive to them mostly the white people because back in the days they were racist.We should honor him because he was important in our world just like Marther Luther King Jr.When Malcolm X died he started getting respect but not a lot people respect him because some people were racist.I think Malcolm X should've been the leader like Muhammad because he was a responsible person just like the Muhammad

Mad Hot Ball Room

This movie was about 3 schools competing in a dance tournament.This was a sad movie because this are little 5th graders practicing how to dance and they worked a lot to get to the tournament.We didn't saw all the movie so I don't know who won but I got a guess of who is gonna win.I think the one who is gonna win are the ones who are Puerto Ricans because they dance so good.While they were practicing they were doing so good and they like they were adults!!!Its a pretty good movie because this little kids know how to dance.

1. What did you learn from playing Oregon Trail?What I learned from Plaing the Oregon Trail was that while you go trough a very long trip you can face a lot of dangerous stuff that can really kill you.

What I liked about this game was that you can do a lot of pretty cool stuuf kinda like kill animals and you can find out more about the different kinds of deaseas.

The rules are is that you get a certain kind of money for what your being and you win by surviving and to make it to the Oregon Trail.

My Dreams For The Future

One dream I always wanted to be in the future is I want to be a soccer player.I want to have a big house.I want to play for alot of teams I like kinda like Chivas,Manchester United,Real Madrid and other cool teams.There are alot of teams I want to play with.If I ever be a soccer player I will have the best soccer cleats and the best hair cut.I will be on TV every Saturday or Sunday.I will earn alot of money for each game I'll play for.And when i become a soccer player I will want to meet the best goalkeepers kinda like Jorge Campos,Oswaldo Sanchez,Luis Michel,and others.I will like to meet the best defenders kinda like Jonny Magallon,Hector Reynoso,and others.The best midfielders R.Giggs,Andres Guardado,and others.And the best awesome

Teams

In my team is kinda easy because I can easily talk to my partner.Sometimes we do all the stuff in the time.Some advantages are that maybe we could share some ideas together and we could finish quick.Another advantage is that we can figure out very quick with both our brains.Some disadvantages is that when were working we usually don't agree with the same stuff.Sometimes we don't agree with names,characters,sound,drawings and other stuff we are doing in our mini game.This is has been easy for me but sometimes it could be hard because we don't usually agree with stuff.I like working with my partner because sometimes he helps in a lot of hard things i don't even know.

Ghosts in Durango

"So I justed checked what was happening in Durango"said Ronaldo.He was really scared because yesterday in January,26,2011 people in my parent's hometown 37 houses and 27 trucks were burned.And all the animals in Durango were killed.He also read that Los Zetas and El Cartel Del Golfo were killing each other in the U.S Border for drugs and I think money.He said he was scared but there was nothing he can do.All these drug dealers from Mexico were to powerful.They had all the best guns in the world and there was nothing he can do.The president of Mexico,Felipe Calderon,doesn't even care neither.Alot of people in Durango and other places in Mexico are getting killed by drug traffickers or drug dealers from Mexico.Ronaldo and Jenny are working hard to help for what is happening yesterday.

Play Testing

Something that I've got for comments were that we should put more letters.We actually did only 2 levels because we didn't actually finished it all.It was kinda hard doing more levels but I think I can do more levels.Another thing we needed to improve was teach people more about our topic,drug dealers.We actually didn't teach people about drug dealers because we didn't actually finished because we didn't have enough time,we only had about 1 week.

The Pact

The movie was about 3 Africans Americans that are doctors.When these doctors were little they used to defend theirself's because if people on there neighborhood had picked on you they would disrespect you and if one of the people that disrespect you they would do this,and every people will see so then when everybody sees that,then everybody starts to pick on you.So that's why these 3 doctors had to defend themselves when they were young.These doctors used to have dreams when they were little.They used to dream that when they were big they wanted to be famous.But when they grow up they become doctors.These doctors talk about how they became doctors and how they had a dream of being something.These 3 doctors always go to places to talk to people that their Africans Americans and how they accomplished this goal of being someone in their life's.This is a pretty cool movie because these 3 doctors say that you can be anything you want to be when you grow up.I like this movie because it inspires you to become and be someone in your life.

Keeper

This book I'm reading about is called Keeper.The author of this book is Mat Peet.This is about the best Mexican goalie in the world or El Gato .He talks about his life and how he became the best goalie in the world.He actually gets interviewed by a man called Paul Faustino who is a journalist.As he talks about his life to him he says that when he was little he talks  about another goalie that trained him to be goalie.He didn't really know about soccer when he was young.Every kid that he played with they called him La Ciguena because he was tall and real skinny.He will always stand there doing nothing.One day later a man or The Keeper came and he saw El Gato which is the the main character of this story and the man talks to him and says"Why aren't you playing?"so then El Gato pretends that he his ignoring him.Then the man goes to store and he buys a soda to El Gato and says "I'll give you this Coke if you tell me why are you not playing" so then El Gato says "Because I quited soccer" so then The Keeper said "If I tell you something you will answer it" so then El Gato said no.So the old man said you better tell me because I bought that soda.So then El Gato said "Okay what is it?"the keeper said "Would you let me train you?"so he said I" guess."So then the man said "Okay meet me tomorrow here".So then El Gato came that day and the The Keeper tough him how to play.As days go by El Gato trains and trains for days.As the days go by El Gato's dad finally takes him to work.So then El Gato becomes a logger,cutting trees.El Gato didn't like to cut trees the only thing that was on his mind was soccer and his trainer The Keeper.So then one day El Gato's dad takes him to play soccer with him and his partners from work.So then El Gato plays and hes goalie of course.Then a man sees that he his really good.So the man talks to his dad and the man wants to make a deal with El Gato.But what El Gato doesn't know was that The Keeper was wacthing.So then they go home so they can talk about this offer.As they talk,the man is offering El Gato a contract to him of taking him to a professional team so he can be a goalie.So his dad decided that he would let him go play but he needed to study.So  El Gato says goodbye to his whole family and The Keeper,the one who took him all the way to the top.As their saying goodbye El Gato promised him that he will come back to see him again no matter what.Then he goes away.Then he traines and play for his team and by the time goes his manager decided that he could be more at the top teams kinda like Atletico Madrid,Chelsea,Manchester United,Juventus,Boca Juniors,and more but he decided that he wanted to stay close were his family was and that special person,The Keeper.As he plays for the team he takes the other goalies spot and now hes the star goalie for his team. So then as he grows up he makes it to the  Fifa World Cup and he made the finals in Fifa World Cup.And then he wins.In the end of the story is weird.As he is being recorded by Paul Faustino,Paul show him some pictures of the best team of the world.Paul tells El Gato that they haven't lost a game.He tells him they are called The Lost One's and that they lived in his hometown.So then he remembered something.So then El Gato leaves while Paul Faustino is picking up the phone.El Gato goes to his hometown and he meets The Keeper and they talk.As they talk The Lost Ones come out of the woods and El Gato gives them the Fifa World Cup.Its a weird ending and scary.The reason why its scary is because in the end The Keeper was a ghost and The Lost One's were ghosts too.The reason why he gave them the Fifa World Cup  was because  to remember them,appreciation,and because El Gato though they deserved it.I recommend this book to people who like soccer books.I got this book the library.
